Impact Health & Fitness are taking some precautionary measures amid the current global pandemic. While we are aware that beyond the 5 announced there are no further known cases in New Zealand, we work with clients with respiratory issues and also elderly clients, so we want to have systems in place in to minimize the risk.

Our precautions are as follows

  • In any group sessions we are having clients wipe down there equipment before moving on to the next station
  • Clients are to always have a towel on hand
  • Hand sanitizer & wipes will be provided in every group & one on one session
  • Boxing will not be carried out unless client has their own gloves (Until virus risk has reduced)

Equipment has always and will continue to be wiped down after each session that has taken place.

If you feel run down and are not cleared of the virus please refrain from coming to a group class and/or one on one session, If your trainer is ill they will not be carrying out the session. Please also take the standard measures during a session, if you need to cough, cough into your elbow.

I have appreciated everyone's co-operation and understanding so far, as we all work through this together

We have already been putting these systems into place this blog post intended as a reference for current and potential clients

Thank you
